Standard site small wins fine

Standard algorithm-based site. Had issues initially but after leaving bad review they came through with promised free spins. Won on a few bonuses. Withdrawals no issues for small amounts.

Declining traffic losing markets

Cash game traffic dropped to under 5,000 concurrent seats in 2022. GGPoker overtook them. They exited Poland, Croatia, Czech Republic, Peru. Sunday Million had regular overlays in 2024. Still biggest name but declining.

Standard bonus nothing special

Welcome bonus 100% up to $600 is standard but not the biggest. CoinPoker offers 150% up to $2000 for comparison. The $30 instant bonus for new players is nice since it requires no unlocking.

Since 2004 — mixed feelings

Only negatives: pervasively tight games, lack of better customer service options, recent decisions to increase rake and decrease player rewards. Playing since 2004 though and identity has not changed.

Wheel of fortune stops paying

Tried the daily wheel of fortune. First two days won free spins. From the following week — probably because I did not deposit — for ten straight days the wheel gave me nothing. Designed to incentivize deposits.

GGPoker competition heating up

PokerStars has been trying to regain glory since GGPoker overtook them in 2021. Cash game traffic declining but tournament scene still strong. Flutter integration ongoing. Still biggest name in online poker but facing real competition.

Same day resolution via Trustpilot

Had issue with account balance. Contacted through Trustpilot and they solved it same day. Issue was actually my mistake and they still responded fast.

Tournament freeze refunded fast

Tournament froze on me. Explained the issue and attached tournament details. Next sign-on entry fee had been credited without further hassle.

Excellent abuse moderation

A player insulted me during a game. His language would be criminal in my home country. Maryna from support took it very seriously and made the player lose tournament progress. Excellent moderation.
