15 years mostly smooth

Have been a loyal customer for 15 years using same 3 deposit methods all linked to same bank account. For the most part the experience has been smooth and reliable. Only recent issues with verification on new deposit methods.

Documents rejected repeatedly UKGC fine

They demand documents I already provided, reject everything with vague excuses. Live chat 4+ hour waits then told to upload again. No real help, no escalation. Unibet got hit with 10M UKGC fine in Oct 2025.

Restricted after winning

UK account is a complete scam. Created account, verified it, deposited, bet and won within first 2 weeks. Account was fully verified for gambling but then restricted after winning.

Approved docs still no payout

Requested to withdraw 3,010 pounds on 13/1/2026. Supplied documentation approved on 17/1/2026. Still not received withdrawal as of 20/1/2026. They are crooks.

10900 euro held endless verification

Scam. They avoid paying out 10,900 euros. Account restricted for no reason with additional verification demanded. Seven selfies submitted, all rejected. Endless loop.

Invested over 200 euros in a slot machine, playing maxed out on Wild6. Only once got 46 euros back on crowns. Pure scam.

191K SEK held verification delays

After winning 191,000 SEK withdrawal delayed over a week due to verification. Submitted documents multiple times. Account now frozen, cannot deposit or withdraw. Causing lot of stress.

30 min hold times no bonus

No bonus even though I met all requirements. Hold time to speak to live help consistently over 30 minutes. Either one person working there or hundreds experiencing problems daily.

Roulette bets restricted

Worst online casino for roulette. Most bets are not permitted. Only what suits them. All other online casinos allow the bets that are not permitted on Unibet. Ridiculous restrictions.

Just before matches the site crashes. Coincidentally after matches everything is fine. Avoid Unibet. Worst app in the world.

No issues solid secondary
